We are looking for a high-performing Project and Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team in Athlone.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional to position themselves with one of the leading digital marketing agencies in Ireland. Are you passionate about communications, digital marketing, and content creation? Do you want to build on the experience you have by joining our team?

We are interested in people who are communications, journalism or digital marketing graduates. You should have experience creating content for online use and possess strong copy-writing and proofreading skills.

Fluency in English is essential and excellent writing skills are a must.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

 

Key responsibilities are not limited to but include:

Managing projects from start to completion.

Digital Marketing activities including social media, SEO and Google Analytics.

Be accountable for assigned client base and follow up on all queries and commitments.

Maintaining a high level of customer service and projecting a professional impression of the company at all times.

Managing day-to-day activities across a wide range of marketing platforms.

Proofreading for websites, landing pages, blogs, emails, social media and online advertising.

Posting to social media and extending reach with advertising, including LinkedIn advertising.

Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new clients, in person and via telephone calls and emails.

Undertake any other duties that may reasonably be assigned.

 

Qualifications and Skills

 

The successful candidate will have:

A third level degree or equivalent, professional qualification and/or significant experience.

Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workload.

Posses an engaging, professional manner and be capable of maintaining, developing and enhancing business relationships with existing and potential clients.

Excellent interpersonal skills and written and oral communications.

Exceptional Microsoft suite skills.
